EULA - End User License Agreement

CHARTEN SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software is protected by federal and international copyright laws and may only be transmitted and used in accordance with the license terms.

Do not install or use this software until you have accepted all of the license terms.Installation and use of this software will be deemed acceptance of the license terms and will bind you in a legally enforceable contract with Charten Software.

1.You may not make available across any computer network any portions of the licensed software, including the UserName and License Key.

2.The software which accompanies this license is the property of Charten Software.

3.If you have paid a single user license fee, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use a single copy of the software on one or two computers.

4.This software may be used on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of the software for each computer that can access the software over the network.

5.You may not reproduce, transmit or alter in an way the software, in whole or in part, and including the License Key and UserName, except as expressly authorized by Charten Software. You acknowledge that all of these constituents are the subject of copyright.

6.You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, modify or make any attempt to discover the source code of the software.

7.To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Charten Software be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitations, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of this product. The software is not warranted to be error free, and the existence of any errors in the software shall not constitute a breach of the license terms.
